By using OfferGuard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What OfferGuard is
OfferGuard is an automated aid that flags common scam and malware patterns in job offers and take-home repositories. It is nota guarantee of safety and is not legal, financial, or professional security advice. A "Looks Safe" result does not mean a message or repository is safe; always verify independently before paying anyone, sharing personal data, or executing code.
Acceptable use
Use OfferGuard only to assess content you have a legitimate reason to evaluate. Do not use it to develop malware, to attack the service, or to exceed plan limits through automated means.
Plans and billing
Free accounts receive a limited number of scans per month. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Liability
OfferGuard is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a scan result, including undetected scams or malware, or from false positives.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
