Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your OfferGuard Pro or Team subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If OfferGuard does not work as described, email us within 7 days of a charge and we will issue a full refund for that billing period, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe within 5–7 business days.

Free tier

The free tier involves no payment and therefore no refund. You can try OfferGuard before paying.

Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com from the address on your account with your payment reference. We respond within 2 business days.
